Professionals Helping Professionals

As part of our mission to provide quality life changing services to caregivers and individuals we are offering a professionals helping professionals service which consists of R.B.A./BCBAs being contracted to agencies in need of clinical supervision, trainings and/or clinical consults. CWC is an Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) Provider, and our R.B.A./BCBAs are registered on the OAP provider list. We have over 25 years of experience in a wide range of service areas (see summary of experience in chart below). Practical Functional Assessment & Skill Based Treatment

Completed 16-week consultation/training from Dr. Greg Hanley’s company FTF
Implemented PFA/SBT for clients exhibiting: self-injury, property destruction, aggression
Branches of treatment included: AIM, PEAK, Functional Communication – vocal verbal, Functional Communication – Proloqu2Go, play skills, accepts losing, cooperates with exercise/physical activity, cooperates with independent work, accepts others touching & playing with toys while they complete academic tasks, accepts waiting etc.

Functional Analysis & Treatment Design

Over 10 years experience designing and implementing various types of functional analysis: standard, pairwise, synthesized contingencies, extended alone
1-year direct consultation for assessment & treatment of severe problem behaviour from Kennedy Krieger Institute (Baltimore, Maryland)
Training BCBAs to design functional analysis & function-based treatment plans
Training RBTs (or equivalent) to implement conditions of a functional analysis & function-based treatment plans
